Friends of Scouting in Saxony (€550)

The objectives of this project is to establish a group of scouts and former scouts or their parents to support the local scout groups with skills, contacts or knowledge.

The objectives of this project is to increase the quality of the scout groups work. This includes not just the program of the groups, but also management elements like promotion, legal aspects, fundraising, organization of voluntary staff, etc. Better quality will result in more members.

OPTIMISTS FLEET – Lithuania (€2,360)

The objectives of this project are to provide a training and development opportunity for young people. To build universal sailing boats – “Optimists” that will be used to strengthen Lithuanian sea scout programme capability so as to offer sailing as an activity to young people who would otherwise not have access to sailing (training and educational programmes). To be adaptive, mobile and sustainable with sea scout programme nationally and take active part in local UkmergÄ— community life.

Supporting the Integration and Capacity Building of Roma Scouts in Scouting Slovakia (2003,300)

This project is aimed to help the integration and to build capacities of Roma Scouts within the Scouting Slovakia. We believe that via learning and individual mentoring we are able to identify the scout patrol leaders within Roma community and support them by creating a tailored programme for a summer camp through several steps.
